    This stores was great when it was owned by Telstra. Now it is it privately operated the staff don't care. I rather deal with the overseas call centres....

    Worst experience and service. Shaun was so lazy he didn't even get up to greet me or shake my hand.
    I was told I couldn't use the phone in store to do a new connection and he bad mouth Telstra Macarthur and the call centre. This store has to be hands down the worst I've ever been too. They preach laws and policies but have no idea. A simple call In store and they would of had the issue solved.
    Got everything I needed in store at MacArthur.
