- Living in Australia Added September 10, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Poor customer service. Invoiced me for one amount but charged my credit card a much higher amount without my knowledge. The only way to get the over charged amount back was to go to Fair Trading. Never returned any calls and have a total disrespect for customers. They have lost me as a customer from the very first encounter with them. Very disappointed. Quoted me a price over the phone and when arrived said had to charge more. Very unprofessional.
