Also the Manager Kevin he knows how to look after his customers and of course locals. EVERYONE please support locals as you will be rewarded.

I am very disappointed with the false & misleading information Nicholas Papas provided. Nicholas firmly advised that BMW 5-year Service plan is not transferable, which is a lie. Another salesguy seconded it. Nicholas also confirmed that I cannot bring other BMW Finance to buy a car from Macarthur but I have to reapply for the finance with Macarthur BMW. Also he lied about the price increase of a X4 last week but price is still the same. Macarthur BMW just ruins the image of BMW. I will never go there again nor I would recommend it to someone.
