Very non intimidating, i normally hate gyms and ra ra class cults, but this place is different (i get the name now) very friendly and private. They focus on you feeling good and getting your results.

I couldn't make the appointment and called to cancel and apparently I wasn't booked in anyway. I then called again this week to make another appointment and the lady I spoke to said she would have someone call me. Still Waiting!!!
