  I rate this store a well deserved 5 for the following reasons;
  Service; This has got to be one of the friendliest stores in this shopping centre. I was with a group, and each individual store person were friendly and willing to help.
  Friendliness; As stated above, really friendly staff in this store and helpful.
  Product range; This is a store for active and general clothing, good product range.
  Cleanliness; store was in order, clean and tidy, without being overly fussy.
  X-factor; The x-factor in the store has got to be the welcoming and friendly service.

  Never been here but Google thinks it knows better. I just stand outside the place while waiting for my coffee from Coffee Club. If anything I'll head into Foot Locker while waiting and look to see if they have any new PG colouways in stock. They are a very comfortable basketball shoe, but not sold at City Beach, nor is coffee.

  The online customer service is awful. I bought 3 items online weeks ago during the black Friday sales as Christmas presents. 2 of the Items where perfect but I received 2 right foot haviana thongs and no lefts, leaving me with a useless pair of shoes and forcing me to buy another pair for Christmas. I have sent 3 emails over 3 weeks regarding this issue and attempted to call multiple times but I haven't received any response

  A good place for street wear. The online store has all kinds of styles. You can always find what you want. The price is reasonable and always has discounts and online store always sends the coupon to you! Express delivery policy is also great. But the local stores need to be improved, because the styles of local stores are very limited. I strongly recommend buying it on their online store.
