We live in Canberra and after dropping off the car we were updated frequently and contacted prior to any additional works/options. The communication was brilliant. I gave Troy a budget and he delivered on budget and exceeded my expectations. The fantastic customer service has continued since receiving my car 2 weeks ago with follow up calls. My recommendation as a Newby is pick someone you can trust. Really unfortunate Exp also have emails with apologies but really no real remorse
