  I am very displeased with the service that was provided to me this month. During the facial she gave me a relaxing massage that I enjoyed, however she kept switching to massage me with one hand where I could hear her tapping on her phone in the other hand which is very unprofessional. During the service she recommended a brightening serum for my face and after the service she asked me whether I wanted to buy it. I told her that I feel like the dark spots I developed are slowly going away and I feel hopeful that I won’t need it. She responded trust me they would never go away, which is very rude and a week later after putting aloe Vera consistently since I’ve developed it, it has finally gone away. After my facial she sent me messages of the brightening serum and other products with their prices after kindly declining the offer in person. I told her that the spots have disappeared and she responded glad the facial helped, messaging a few hours later ‘you’re welcome!!!!’ as I forgot to respond and blocked me on her Instagram page. I don’t think it can get any ruder than that, as I did nothing wrong paid for the whole service even though it was not worth my money. Definitely not worth the money very expensive and does not meet high standards. I’ve received facials more than less the price where I left feeling satisfied and not like I was forced to spend my money!

  I first came here a few years ago just before covid came and honestly, I saw huge improvements on my skin until I stopped coming as it was more convenient for me to go somewhere closer to home, where my skin just broke out - I always ask myself why I ever stopped coming to Dee but now I’m back and my skin is only getting better!!! You would do whatever to help problematic skin and I’m so glad to be back in the hands of Dee and her team. So relaxing and comforting during treatments.

  I can't thank Dee and her team enough. Her work has honestly been life changing. I used to be shy and self conscious but now I'm more confident than ever and have Skin Deep Beauty to thank!! Highly recommended. I honestly don't think there is anything she can improve!

  I've been coming here for over a year now and safe to say - it was the best decision I've ever made! They've transformed my once congested skin and I now feel confident leaving the house bare face!
  Dee and Jacqui are attentive, professional, caring and take extreme pride in their work. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Very appreciative to of found a beauty therapist who takes her time when consulting the needs of your skin. Skincare is an investment, there will never be a quick fix to it. With the treatment received as well as the after home care required the dark pigmentation on my face is getting lighter - I can actually see the difference. Thank you so much Dee.
