I explained to Di that I felt anxious prior visiting a new salon due to a previous bad experience elsewhere.
I felt so welcomed and listened too. I was provided with advice on steps we should take and felt I was informed and consulted during my very relaxing visit.
The salon was warm for comfort (very cold rainy day)and the coffee was hot and delicious.
