They also regularly hold customer appreciation events such as movie nights which really adds that personal touch.
We are so happy with their service that we will also use them to manage the rental of an investment home in the area for us and wouldn't hesitate to use them to buy or sell again in the future.

He was quick to sell me a so called turn key house and land package without providing the full details up front which lead to many suprises once i received the full contract. When i asked to negotiate terms, i was shut down and told if i wanted to cancel i would lose my 'holding deposit' of $5000 even when no contract had been signed. Should feel proud of yourself for taking 5k from a first home buyer who saved his whole life to break into the market.
