  I have ordered from here many times over the years and usually I am quite happy with the quality of the food. I'm not sure if they have changed something in the kitchen but i ordered takeway and the flavour was lacking, the spring rolls had absolutely no filling and were on par with frozen food from a grocery store. I'm not sure what is happening, but I will definitely give it a miss in the future.

  Been ordering from here for years and never ever had any issues. We’ve always ordered take away and the food is amazing and well priced. Love it

  We ordered at 5:20 on a Saturday night, and asked for pick up at 6pm. The food was ready on time, hot, fresh and amazing. For those who complain it takes too long for delivery, DO NOT rely on food delivery services in this area. They are notoriously bad! Blaming the restaurant for a third party issue is not fair. If the food is bad because it is LATE that is not their fault. When the food is fresh, it is always fantastic. Imagine how many people would call and complain to the restaurant each night about something that they have no control over! They would be frustrated and snappy after the first few calls, let alone ten or fifteen a night. Have some courtesy and save your ire for the delivery service and pick up your food instead. It’s worth it!

  It's been a while since we ordered from here and while service was efficient the food has changed for the worse. It was a large order and while a couple of the dishes were just ok most were completely lacking any flavour. Meat in each dish had no taste. The sweet and sour King prawns was inedible with watery prawns with no flavour and a watery pink sauce that had no sweet and sour tang whatsoever. Even the pineapple had no taste. Worst I've ever had. Was like they forgot the ingredients to make sweet and sour. We won't be ordering from here again. Was a very disappointing meal.

  This was once the go to Chinese takeaway but in recent times it’s gone backwards, you ring and order they tell you 40 mins pick up you arrive there and there’s multiple people waiting and your told another 15 mins meanwhile 30 mins later and your still waiting
  You finally get your food go home and it’s mush !! Honey chicken soggy, sweet and sour pork the same etc
  It’s quite clear there’s not enough cooks or staff to cater for so many takeaway orders
  We have stayed loyal but unfortunately it’s time for a change
  I Do not recommend Lewis Kitchen

  Don't bother coming here as we won't be coming here again!. We ordered 3 mains and only two came out with our fried rice (which was very salty). After waiting 10 minutes, we asked if the other main was coming and we got the response, it was on it's way. After another 5 minutes, it had not come out and we asked again. After this the waitress went to check on the order and asked us what we were waiting on and then after another 10 minutes it had still not arrived. Kids were starving and we cancelled the dish as we were not going to sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for it! The kitchen was too busy cooking up take-away orders. The waitress just used the usual line 'it's coming' without even really checking with the kitchen. Terrible service!
