  I recently sold my house at Mount Annan with Combined Real estate. We had bought and sold through them previously and I was very pleased, but still went through the process of having 2 other agents come out and give a valuation and marketing discussion before deciding to proceed with Combined.
  Combined were stand-outs with regards to their professionalism and truthfulness regarding setting a correct value at our first meeting and so I had no hesitation in listing with them again.
  I was a bit concerned as it was winter and I noticed that properties were sitting around for longer.
  We had one open home, they worked with the potential interested parties and we had a buyer two days later and got the price we wanted!
  I couldn't recommend Combined more highly and am sincerely grateful to Christian Sharpe and his team for all their assistance and support in making a potentially stressful time as pain free as possible.
  I will only ever use their agency for any future property sales.

  One of the worse realestate to deal with .. Renting a house from them be careful. My sister in-law rented a property which was dirty moving in .. she moved out after three years of a excellent ledger and keep the place clean . She is now fighting cancer and in need of dyalises 3 day a week . Still manage to professionals clean from parting and pest control etc Now they find every excuse not to give her bond back ., She is to sick to fight them . Rotten to the core you lot are .

  My husband and I recently experienced the exciting yet scary journey of purchasing our first home.
  
  As a young family entering the housing market for the first time it's such a daunting experience. The staff at combined were
  Excellent throughout the whole process. I feel sorry for our agent who answered our calls and the many questions we had ( there were a few) over the last few months.
